    Although my Party Of Five sweater pattern doesn't come out until next week, a lot of you have been asking me to share the specs so they can get a jump on purchasing their yarn. 

    For your convenience, the pattern specs are below…

    FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:
    Suggested ease: 2–6” / 5–15.25 cm of positive ease.
    Model is shown wearing size Small with 6” of positive ease.
    • Approx 35.25 (38.5, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 64, 68)” / 89 (98, 112, 122, 132, 142, 152, 163, 173) cm full-chest circumference
    • Approx 24.5 (25.5, 26.5, 27.5, 28.5, 29.5, 30.5, 31.5, 32.5)”
    / 62 (65, 67.5, 70, 72.5, 75, 77.5, 80.5, 85) cm full-back length (measured from center back neck)

    YARN:
    Please Note: MC yardage is based off a version with a turtleneck.
    • Plucky Knitter Yakkity DK (100% yak; 325 yd / 297 m per100 g); in color Sea Salt (MC); 3 (4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7, 7, 8) skeins.
    • Plucky Knitter Beauregard DK (60% yak, 40% cashmere; 300 yd / 274 m per 100 g); in colors Dreamy (C1), Campari (C2), Wax Poetic (C3), Lake Placid (C4), and Grumpy Old Sailor (C5); 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1) skein each color.

    GAUGE:

    20 sts x 28 rnds = 4” / 10 cm in St st, in-the-round, blocked

    NEEDLES:
    Needles listed are suggested. Always take time to swatch.
    Gauge Needle: Size US 5 (3.75 mm) 16" / 40 cm and
    24" / 60 cm or longer circular needles and DPNs—or size necessary to obtain gauge
    Smaller Needle: Size US 4 (3.5 mm) 16" / 40 cm and
    24" / 60 cm or longer circular needles and DPNs—or one size smaller than gauge needle

    TOOLS:
    Stitch markers, waste yarn, and tapestry needle

    NOTES:
    • Piece is knit in the round from the top down.
    • Yoke is worked to the underarms, with short-row shaping to raise the back of neck and to create high-low hemline.
    • Sleeves are placed on hold while the Body is worked in the round to the bottom edge, then Sleeves are worked in the round to the cuff.
    • For short rows, sample shown uses the method for Japanese Short Rows in-the-round
