  • My Christmas Knitting

    Less then 2 weeks to Christmas and like always I've got unfinished Christmas knits on my needles. Only a few though, not too bad! Below is a shot of my WIPs and one FO. The FO is a new Smocked Slouch for a dear friend. Love it in Plucky Primo Worsted, colorway Chicago Blue. I've also got a pair of Ripple Effect Fingerless Gloves on my needles, hope to finish this pair and then one more. The WIP that has progressed the least is a new Herrington cowl that I'm knitting for myself and as part of the Herrington KAL...

  • Baby Owen

    Hopefully you already follow me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and/or my Ravelry Group page, because if you do you've already heard the good news. If you don't, well my blog absence might have been all clue you needed to know that yes, I did have my baby boy.  Owen James was born 2 weeks early at a healthy 8 pounds, 1 ounce and 19.5 inches. He has a head full of dark hair just like his brothers did. He's absolutely beautiful and we are all doing great! I'm so thankful for my sweet new boy and my now family of 5! Life...
