  • Sample Knits & A Growing Belly

I had a few sample knits made up and I've been meaning to share them with you. These particular sample knits were made up to show alternative yarns that can be used with my  Chevron Stripe and Gradient pattern.

The Chevron Stripe Infinity below is shown in The Plucky Knitter's, Plucky Feet. Colors are Oatmeal, Princess Phone, Icey Audrey and Sammy Sammerson. Don’t the colors look awesome together? I'm in LOVE with it!

For this version of my Gradient Cowl (below), the sample knit was worked up in Blue Sky Alpaca's, Melange. Knit in colors Licorice and Dijon. This 100% Alpaca yarn has a slight fleck to it - really quite beautiful.

I just love seeing the different colorways and different yarns that these patterns can be knit up in. I'm working on a couple more to show off soon too. Another Chevron Stripe (a cowl version) with Plucky Primo and another Gradient (an infinity version) in Blue Sky Alpaca's, Metalico. I'll be sure to post pics when they are done!

Not to be overlooked, not sure if it's even possible, is my growing belly. It's so hard for me to believe it but I'm already more then half way done. Nearly into my 3rd trimester! Everything is going great and I'm feeling well. I do get exhausted pretty quickly though. I'm sure chasing 2 under 4 years old has a LOT to do with it ;)
